We provide prompt interview feedback, both to you and candidates and efficiently handle the offer process, potential counter-offer strategies and pre-start briefing.
We then keep in touch with you, and the candidate, to understand how the settling in period is progressing with 1 week, 1 month, 3 month and 6 month calls.
With a sound understanding of your business, we are subsequently adept in highlighting newly available candidates whose skills and experience would be of potential benefit to your Company. We also offer free salary/package survey assistance for your HR planning.
