Who We Are
With over 20 years' experience in the recruitment sector, Trinity Recruitment has built long-lasting relationships with Candidates and Employers alike.
Based near Cheltenham, we work primarily within Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire however we have sound experience of recruiting nationally, especially in support of multi-site Companies.
We have an empathetic, helpful approach and offer honest advice. We take time to listen, enabling us to only introduce the right opportunities to Candidates and the right Candidates to Employers.
We are systematic and process driven and get the detail and understanding right at the start of the process, more often than not working to a detailed brief with a high degree of matching accuracy.
